Undated, c1950. Assumed first edition. Small paperback, stapled binding. 11 × 8cm, unpaginated (c40 pages).
A small pocket book for bartenders produced by American distillers, 21 Brands, containing recipes for cocktails (alphabetical from the Alexander [Cognac, crème de Cacao, sweet cream] through to Wine Highball, and interspersed with brief writings about various wines and spirits (Martini, Californian champagne and so on) and adverts for the same, though leaning heavily to 21 Brands own drinks.
Condition
Fair condition. The covers are tanned with some marking and foxing, the staples have started to rust and have marked the paper immediately around them but on the whole, this remains in good readable condition.
