Not signed by this copy with the bookseller's ticket (or tiny bookplate!) of John Lyle, the bibliophile and Surrealist. John Lyle (1932–2002) was a key figure in the post-war British Surrealist, working as an editor, publisher, activist, and specialized antiquarian bookseller.

An avant-garde prose novella written by the German Dadaist artist Kurt Schwitters in 1923. Auguste Bolte, an obsessive woman who notices ten people walking down the street in the exact same direction. Convinced that they must all be heading toward a shared, vital goal, she decides to follow them to figure out what it is.

This copy is in very good condition, with a few small spots of light spotting foxing to the cover.
