Hardback, the book bound in faux black leather with a metal emblem centrepiece and silver printed detailing to the borders. Page edges silvered. The book comes in the original cardboard case and silver tissue paper. The book measures 21.5 × 15.5cm, 503pp.
Ashes of the Imperium picks up in the immediate aftermath of the Siege of Terra, serving as the opening entry in The Scouring series. With Horus dead and the Emperor interred upon the Golden Throne, the galaxy enters a tense, disorienting period of transition. The book acts as a bridge between the Horus Heresy and the modern Warhammer 40,000 setting.
The book features full colour and black and white artwork.
Condition
The book is in excellent condition. The cardboard case is bumped to the corners but remains good. The silver tissue paper has been opened a little roughly but is at least present.
