A collection of the laws passed at Parliament concerning Scotland, under the reigns of Charles I and Charles II, between the years 1633 and 1678. Issued here in four chapters (the first Parliament of Charles I, and the first, second and third Parliaments of Charles II), and finishing with the Act of the Convention of Estates of the Kingdom of Scotland in 1665. Each section has it's own title page, this is the title of the first section: "The Acts Made in the First Parliament of Our Most High and Dread Soveraign, Charles the First. By the Grace of God, King of Great Britaine, France, and Ireland, Defender of the Faith &c. Holden by himselfe, present in Person, with his Three Estates at Edinburgh, upon the Twenty eight day of June, Annon Domini 1633".
Condition
This copy is in good condition for age. The leather is scuffed to the spine, and rubbed to the edges. The contents well bound and the pages clean, with occasional ink annotation not affecting text.
