Printing Details

First edition. Hardback in dustwrapper. 29 × 21.5cm, 295pp.

Published to accompany Wool's survey exhibition at MOCA in Los Angeles, this book features critical essays by Thomas Crow, Madeleine Grynsztejn, Gary Indiana, Jim Lewis, and Ann Goldstein, alongside comprehensive black-and-white visual reproductions of Wool's key paintings, prints, and photographic work from the 1980s and 1990s. It serves as both a traditional retrospective catalogue and as an artist book, mirroring the minimalist, stark black-and-white aesthetic of his studio practice and text works.
