A collection of William Lionel Wyllie's watercolour paintings on maritime theme, with twenty-four tipped in colour illustrations, with each illustration explained in both maritime and artistic terms.

Condition

A good copy. There is some rubbing and marking to the boards, a little movement in the binding, and some of the card pages on which the colour images are mounted have some foxing and creasing. Previous owner's notes handwritten to front pastedown.
