An introduction by Rothenstein (then Director of the Tate Gallery) is followed by 100 plates by artists including Braque, Cezanne, Degas, Gauguin, Manet, Monet, Picasso and Van Gogh etc. The book is bound in a design by Barnett Freedman, featuring his trademark typography and styling, which is repeated to the rear board.
Condition
Good condition. The covers are rubbed to the corners and edges, and a little muted. The contents clean with secure inner binding.
