Printing Details

Mixed edition. Paperbacks. Each 19.5 × 12.5cm, 230pp + 250pp.

Both books are signed by Nicholas Blincoe to the title page.

1. Acid Casuals: 2nd printing. Set in the gritty, pill-fuelled nightclub scene of 1990s Manchester, Acid Casuals is a fast-paced, blackly comic neo-noir thriller following a transsexual hitwoman named Estela who returns to her old stomping grounds to assassinate her former gangster boss.

2. Jello Salad: 1st printing. A manic, ultra-hip London neo-noir that follows a woman opening a Soho restaurant funded by money stolen from her gangster ex-husband, only to find opening night derailed by her perverted TV-chef, a drug-fried maître d’, and an inevitable storm of Tarantino-style underworld violence.

Condition

Both books are in strong readable condition. Acid Casuals is slightly creased to the spine, and Jello Salad has a little bottom corner creasing to the first few pages. The pages are a little age-toned.
