Published as No 15 in Faber's Criterion Miscellany, Anna Livia Plurabelle was to become one of the better known sections of Finnegans Wake. This was the first part of Joyce's text to be published in England. Two washerwomen on the banks of the Liffey trade wild rumours and tales about Anna Livia Plurabelle's life and her marriage to H C Earwicker.
Condition
This copy is in very good condition. There is a little tanning to the pages' top edge but otherwise the pages are clean and the binding secure.
