Slim hardback in patterned paper covered boards and the rare original glassine wrapper. Pages untrimmed. 18 × 11.5cm, unpaginated (16 pages of text).

George "Dadie" Rylands was a British literary scholar and theatre director. He had studied at Cambridge and been friends with John Maynard Keynes, Julian Bell and Anthony Blunt and became a fringe member of the Bloomsbury Group. He had worked at The Hogarth Press briefly after graduation, where they published two volumes of verse by him (this was the second) and his thesis.
Condition
This copy is in very good condition. Some fading to the spine and light intermittent foxing. The glassine wrap is a rare survival and is in good order with some tanning to the spine.
