Printing Details

First edition. Hardback in dustwrapper. 20.5 × 13.5cm, 191pp, 160pp, 206pp

This is the first printing of the omnibus edition of Ursula Le Guin's Earthsea trilogy, which is set in a vast archipelago where magic is tied to the "True Name" of things, this original trilogy (the series was later expanded) follows the life, growth, and heavy responsibilities of the wizard Ged.

Condition

A good copy but with some wear. The book has tanning to the pages and a previous owner's bookplate over the map at the front pastedown (the map is repeated to the rear). The inner binding is secure but a little pulled in places. The dustwrapper is slightly faded to the spine, and with some surface abrasion but has not been price-clipped and is now within a protective sleeve.
