Early printing [Originally published in 1931 but previously published titles put this copy mid-1930s). Hardback in dustwrapper, 19 × 12.5cm, 314pp.

An adventure / romance, in which Margery Brown starts to work in films as a stunt girl and the scrapes that gets her into (such as parachuting into a house as it is being burgled), and ends up marrying the dashing pilot Cannon Ball Rex...

The author was fairly prolific, also writing crime novels under the name Richard Essex.

Condition

The book itself is in good condition, some tanning to the page edges and a later inscription to the ffep. The dustwrapper has some light loss to the head of the spine, corners and a little to the edges, and is a bit grubby to the spine. Price inked out by the publishers to the spine. and now within a protective sleeve.
