The book is illustrated with two fold out maps: sketch map of the Sierra Nevada and a map of Southern Graians, a frontispiece of The Sierra Nevada from the Torre de la Vela in the Alhambra, three colour plates: The Bee de Luseney, from above Bionaz; Raftesund Loffoden; and Lama Yuru. There is a further etching of "Man and Monster".
Condition
Whilst the contents remains in very good condition for age, and in strong readable condition, the covers are heavily mottled. The front hinge is starting but remaining secure. The cloth a little crushed at the head of the spine.
