Printing Details
Early edition. Paperback. 21.5 × 14cm, 88pp + ads, and loosely inserted is a pamphlet on Tussaud's collection of instruments of torture.
Quite an early Madame Tussaud's catalogue, with biographical details of the people whose waxworks are on display. Dated by a flick through, with 1891 seeming to be the latest date shown in biographies. There is a code to the front cover (3590) which appears to be quite a low (or early, if it's a date) number compared to other catalogues for sale. The catalogue starts and ends with some wonderful Victorian advertisements.
Condition
Fair condition only. The covers are tanned and marked, with some small tears and rips. Pages tanned with some edgewear but essentially, the catalogue is whole and an interesting late Victorian item.
Books are currently zero-rated for duty, so the price shown is the price you pay.
