A good introduction from eminent Lewis Carroll scholar Morton Cohen precedes the journal of theologian Henry Liddon and C L Dodgson's (Lewis Carroll) tour to Russia. Carroll's journal had been published in 1928, but this was the first publication of Liddon's. The tour was taken to convey a quasi-ecumenical overture from the English Church to the Russian Orthodox Church.
Condition
Light tanning to the spine and a few minor abrasions to the covers but otherwise in very good condition.
