Frank Kendon's autobiography of his childhood years growing up in rural Kent in the late Victorian and Edwardian years (He was born in Cranbrook, and the dustwrapper map designs shows the way to Staplehurst and Marden). After the years described in this book, he served in the Great War and became a pacifist and conscientious objector in the Second World War.
Condition
A good copy. The book itself is in strong readable condition, with light tanning to the pages. The dustwrapper has a tanned spine and some edgewear but remains good.
