A rare late Victorian issue of the Royal Horticultural Society's Journal. The first half of this issue is a collection of articles and presentations with occasional illustration, including:

The second half of the book are extracts from the proceedings of the Society, including reports from the Inner Temple Show of 1893, the Scientific, Fruit, Floral, Orchid, and Narcissus Meetings, and then books, seeds, plants etc presented to Chiswick in 1893.
Condition
The binding is a little dull, occasional marking to the cloth Some age-toning to the pages but the inner binding is secure and the books remains in strong readable condition.
