The fourth in the 'Strangers and Brothers' series begins with the dying Master of a Cambridge college. His imminent demise causes intense rivalry and jealousy amongst the other fellows. Former friends become enemies as the election looms.

Condition

The book itself is in strong readable condition and in solid shape, but with some tanning and marking to the page edges. The dustwrapper is fair / good, with chipping to the edges and the remnants of a sticker to the rear panel. However, it has not been price-clipped and is now within a protective sleeve.
