Printing Details
First edition. Hardback, bound in green cloth with gilt titling to spine and gilt school crest to upper board. Top edge gilt. 22 × 14cm, 196pp.
This book begins with a history of the school, illustrated with photographs, followed by a lengthy roll of the teachers and boys who attended the school between 1888 and 1912. As would be expected, the number of pupils who served in the Great War, and those who were killed in action or died of wounds, takes up a large proportion. The list of boys includes such details as dates, parent or guardian, what school they went on to, distinctions, war record, and career since.
