A biography of The Young Pretender (Charles III as he styled himself), the last serious Stuart claimant to the British throne and leader of the unsuccessful Jacobite rebellion of 1745–46.

Condition

A good copy. The book is in strong readable condition but with tanning to the page edges and blotchy foxing to the title page. Previous owner's label to ffep. The dustwrapper is foxed to the edges but has not been price-clipped and is now within a protective sleeve.
