The Subtle Knife is the second book in Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials trilogy. The novel continues the adventures of Lyra Belacqua (now known as Lyra Silvertongue) recounted in the Northern Lights, as she investigates the mysterious phenomenon of Dust. Will Parry is introduced as a companion to Lyra, and together they explore new worlds in the search for Will's father.

Good condition. The book remains in a strong readable state, but with tanning and light spotted foxing to the pages' top edge and a few small marginal spots of foxing but the overall impression is clean. The dustwrapper is light sunned to the spine but has not been price-clipped (£12.99).
