A collection of twenty true tales of second sight (premonition) among the folk of the Hebrides, the islands of the west coast of Scotland. The author states that she hasn't recorded the stories as proof of second sight, more a simple recounting of tales where it has apparently occurred. Although she does note that a few of the stories are based on folklore or faery.

Condition

This copy is in very good condition for age. Light rubbing to the boards and a little spotted foxing to the page edges. Neat previous owner's name to the ffep.
