This is an original student architect's drawing of a perspective view of a public library. The building being a single storey red brick flat-roofed number, with leaded lights. A lady and child are seen on the pavement approaching it.
The sheet measures 56 × 38cm, it is bordered in black ink and the building has been coloured with watercolour paints.
This work is signed by G Reed, from Mid-Essex Technical College, and is dated February 1947.
Condition
Good condition. There is some edgewear and pinholes to the corners but would look very nice if framed.
