First thus. Hardback in dustwrapper. 20.5 × 13.5cm, 624pp. The book is undated by Progress but British publishers Lawrence and Wishart have their stamp to the title page and have dated it 1959.

"This volume contains articles by Lenin that deal with the British working class movement, and also works that characterize British imperialism, expose its colonial policy and the part it played in preparing the First World War and in organising armed intervention against Soviet Russia in 1918–20. It also contains extracts form or chapters of Lenin's larger works dealing with various aspects of the political life and economy of Great Britain."

Condition

The book is in good readable condition, with some tanning to the prelims and a little straining to the binding at the frontispiece. The dustwrapper is tanned to the edges and spine with a small area of loss at the head. Otherwise a decent copy.
