This copy comes from the library of Fleur Cowles, the American writer, artist and founder of Flair magazine and she has signed the ffep in red ink as Fleur Cowles Meyer (her fourth husband was Tom Meyer). And with Fleur Cowles' library plate by Sotherans is also pasted in.
American journalist and writer John Gunther's survey of Europe in the early 1960s, examining the differences between the Europe of today and that of twenty-five years ago and emphasizing the current political situation throughout the continent.
