A rare privately printed gift edition produced directly by Cartier for attendees of the 81st Venice International Film Festival (La Biennale di Venezia) in 2024, and not intended for general publication. Illustrated with photographs of actors and actresses, alongside some of the famous Cartier jewellery they wore, this book studies Cartier's relationship with the film world.
Chapters include: 1. Illuminating Stories; Cartier's History with Cinema, 2. Adorning Icons; Cartier's Relationship with Cinema's Brightest Stars, 3. Cartier and Venice; An Artistic Understanding, and 4. Celebrating the Contemporary; Cartier and Film Today. Actors included are Charlotte Rampling, Jean Cocteau, Alain Delon, Catherine Deneuve, and Grace Kelly and so on, each shown wearing Cartier from the last seventy years or so.
Condition
Very good condition, with one or two small marks to the red cloth. The contents in fine condition.
As of July 2026, books remain duty-free. The price of the book incurs no extra US import fees.
