Here is an Apostolic Benediction and Plenary Indulgence for the Bonham family.
It measures approx. 31 × 21cm, and bears the stamped signature of Joseph Migone, Archbishop of Nicodemia. It also has the blindstamped Papal seal lower left, and is decorated with a tipped-in colour portrait of Pope Pius XII, and various scenes from Vatican City.
The text reads "Most Holy Father, Bonham Family, humbly prostrate at the feet of Your Holiness, beg the Apostolic Benediction and a Plenary Indulgence to be gained at the hour of death, on condition that, being truly sorry for their sins, but unable to confess them and receive the holy Viaticum they shall at least invoke with their lips or heart the holy name of Jesus". This is followed by two lines of handwritten certification and dated 11th September 1950, and the stamped signature of Joseph Migone.
Condition
Good condition, some tanning, a little creasing to the corners, and a small ink splodge to the bottom of the page.
