Anna Paola was an abandoned baby. Her autobiography 'Along Came A Spider' tells of the strength and resilience of the human spirit. In her sad yet entertaining journey, she meets a host of memorable characters, including Dudley Moore—with whom she had a long and close friendship until his untimely death in 2002—and Hephzibah Menuhin. It is also a love story. She was a pianist (in the golden age of Soho), composer, music therapist and painter, and her story is proof of "Nature over Nurture". Condition
Good. Whilst the book remains in a good readable condition, the half-title page with the signature is heavily tanned, leaving the shape where a photograph had been loosely laid in. The page edges are also a little tanned but the main body of text is clean and well-bound.
