A report from the National Union of Miners (Kent Area) after eleven Kentish miners visited Yugoslavia to study self-management in industry. There was a study of the mines at Velenje and Labin, mostly to understand the technique of "power in the hands of the workers".

Good condition. There is foxing to the covers (quite heavy to the rear) and a little creasing to the pages but the whole remains in good readable condition.
