A slim book of poems from Samuel J Looker. This is an early collection by Samuel Looker, a conscientious objector in the Great War (he was a member of the Hackney No-Conscription Fellowship and instead was given forestry work). After the war, he continued to work as a poet and he became an important editor of the works of Richard Jefferies.

Condition

Good condition for age. There is creasing and fading to the covers, and some wear around the stapled binding at the front endpaper but the book remains in otherwise strong readable condition.
