This is an original student architect's design drawing and floorplanfor an architect's house in South Devon. The image shows a pleasant country cottage in what appears to be the Arts and Crafts style with leaded light windows, below which are the floorplans.
The sheet measures 76 × 56cm and is bordered in black ink.
Also included is a smaller perspective drawing of the same cottage, measuring 56 × 38cm, and nestling in the Devon countryside
This work is signed by G Reed, from Mid-Essex Technical College, and is dated March 1947.
Condition
Good condition with a little tanning to the edges, and pin pricks to the corners but would look very nice framed.
