A beautiful illustrated French Roman Missal, the liturgical book that gathers texts, rituals and musical directions, necessary for the celebration of the Mass, according to the Roman rite.
Each text page is bordered with a coloured design featuring birds, animals, foliage, and so on, and is very beautiful.
Condition
Whilst this is a very attractive copy, and in very good readable condition, the front board is pitted to the top half with several small divots. The inner binding is starting to show some signs of wear towards the start of the Missel but is otherwise in sound condition.
