It has additionally been signed by Michael Howard, husband of Ghislaine, an art historian and painter. Lisa D Prudhoe has also signed and dedicated the colour illustration in her chapter.

The book summarises the life story of these twelve talented women, examines their work and tells how their art has flourished and become, for them, a way of life. Profusely illustrated in colour and black & white.
