A light-hearted memoir of life behind the scenes at the Royal Opera House in London's Covent Garden. Josephine O'Donnell worked as secretary to Eustace Blois, the opera house manager from 1925. The book is illustrated with photographs.

Condition

The book is in good solid shape but with light spotted foxing to the page edges, title page and prelims. The dustwrapper is quite rare and some edgewear and creasing but is now within a protective sleeve.
