Reprint. Pocket edition bound in full leather with gilt titling to spine. Top edge gilt. 13 × 10cm, 135pp.

Not signed as such but this copy was given to a teacher his Junior Dramatic Society in 1924, and loosely inserted is a handwritten cast list from Royal High School in Edinburgh.

A nice edition of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, believed to have been written around 1601–1602 as a Twelfth Night's entertainment for the close of the Christmas season. The play centres on the twins Viola and Sebastian, who are separated in a shipwreck. Viola (who is disguised as Cesario) falls in love with Duke Orsino, who in turn is in love with Countess Olivia. Upon meeting Viola, Countess Olivia falls in love with her thinking she is a man.

The leather is rubbed to the joints and edges but otherwise this is a nice little copy.
